I liked this good all round hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. The staff were excellent and efficient all the time. Beds were very uncomfortable, but it was truly a very lovely stay. The buffet breakfast had plenty of delicacies and was savoury. The location was handy, within walking distance of System.
The bathroom I had was grubby.

Dedicated staff, spotless and modern hotel. Very fancy, normal double rooms. Even so the views were not so great. This property was perfectly located - 20 mins walk from the city centre.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak tbh and there was slightly uncomfortable bed in my room.

Good value, reasonably priced place. Friendly efficient staff, gorgeous location, super rooms. The bed was big and it was great having satellite TV, blackout drapes and decaffinated coffee. There was a roomy restaurant, a market and the shops next door. Efficient reception.

Location near grey street and easy access to the tyne bridge. The personnel was always FRIENDLY. Set only 200 metres away, Ugot is a wonderful place to eat nearby.
